c) Whether the installation of the front valve of the gas meter is easy to operate, whether it is blocked by other obstacles and cannot be opened and closed flexibly;

d) Whether the electromagnetic shut-off valve in front of the gas meter operates normally;

e) Whether the ventilation conditions of the gas meter are good;

f) Whether the gas meter wheel, nameplate and lead seal are damaged;

Related hidden dangers

a) The front valve of the gas meter leaks, and the gas meter is rusted and leaks.

b) Packing of gas meter: the gas meter is closed and cannot be ventilated naturally, which affects maintenance and detection.

c) The valve switch in front of the meter fails or is blocked by other obstacles and cannot be opened and closed flexibly.

d) The gas meter is damaged, including word wheel, nameplate, lead seal, etc.

e) The gas meter is installed reversely or the word wheel is stuck.

f) There is no safe distance between the gas meter and the fire source and other gas appliances around. The safe distance between the gas meter and the power supply is 15cm, the horizontal net distance with other heat radiation appliances is 30cm, the horizontal net distance with the metal chimney shall not be less than 1m, and the horizontal net distance with the brick chimney shall not be less than 80cm; The horizontal clear distance between the gas meter and the gas stove shall not be less than 30cm, and the clear distance between the back of the meter and the wall shall not be less than 10cm.

g) Live in the same room. Rooms with gas facilities are occupied at the same time.

h) The gas meter has reached the retirement life. For membrane gas meters with a maximum flow of less than or equal to 10 m3 / h, the service life of natural gas as the medium is generally no more than 10 years, and that of artificial gas and liquefied petroleum gas as the medium is generally no more than 6 years.

If the safety inspector cannot deal with it immediately, the valve in front of the meter shall be closed and the maintenance personnel shall be contacted for maintenance.

b) If it is found that the gas meter is wrapped: if it does not affect the maintenance, the user shall be required to punch holes or install shutters to keep the gas meter ventilated; In case of packages affecting maintenance, the user shall be required to remove them in time and provide the user with removal scheme.

c) Valve failure: the safety inspector shall replace it in time; If the valve cannot be opened and closed flexibly due to obstacles, the user shall be required to remove the obstacles.

d) Reverse installation and destruction of gas meter: the safety inspector shall contact relevant departments in time to replace the gas meter and recover the gas fee. For suspected malicious gas theft, the party concerned can be investigated for criminal responsibility through the public security department while recovering the arrears.

e) If the gas meter is installed reversely or the word wheel is stuck, check the position of the air inlet. When the meter is installed at a high position, the safety inspector cannot directly check it. You can touch the arrow directly above the gas meter to see whether it is consistent with the connection direction of the gas meter; When the meter is installed at a low position, you can directly check whether the arrow above the meter is consistent with the connection direction of the gas meter.

f) If there is no safe distance between the gas meter and the surrounding gas appliances, the user shall be informed to register with the gas company for rectification.

g) If a roommate is found, the safety inspector shall immediately ask the user to move out the bed or register with the gas company to dismantle the gas facilities.

h) If it is found that the gas meter has reached the scrapping life, it shall immediately notify relevant departments or personnel to replace it for the user.
